Stanway, Brooks Bulletin The Chairman called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. 2. MINUTES 2.1 May 9, 2019 Meeting Minutes P-41/19 MOVED BY COUNCILLOR ANNE MARIE PHILIPSEN that the minutes of the May 9, 2019 Municipal Planning Commission meeting be adopted as presented. MOTION CARRIED 3. CALL FOR POST AGENDA ITEMS l The Chairman called for post agenda items. ,�� Municipal Planning Commission May 23, 2019 4. ADOPTION OF AGENDA P-42/19 MOVED BY COUNCILLOR TRACY FYFE that the agenda be adopted as presented. MOTION CARRIED 5. SUBDIVISIONS LEFT THE MEETING E. Unruh excused herself due to a pecuniary interest at 10:03 a.m P-43119 MOVED BY COUNCILLOR KELLY CHRISTMAN to LIFT Subdivision 2019-0-011 from the table. MOTION CARRIED 5.1 2019-0-011 - NW1/418-16-15-W4M, To create one new parcel approximately 30.57 acres (12.37 ha) in size, containing an existing residence, shop, and barns, from a previously unsubdivided quarter section for residential use. The Manager of Planning & Development provided updated information on the proposed application. MPC was given the opportunity to ask questions. There was discussion regarding the movement of the pivot on the parcel. P-44/19 MOVED BY COUNCILLOR KELLY CHRISTMAN THAT the Country Residential subdivision of NW1/4 18-16-15-W4M (Certificate of Title No. 131 209 932), to create one new parcel approximately 31.11 acres (12.59 ha) in size, containing an existing residence, from a previously unsubdivided quarter section for residential use BE APPROVED subject to the following: CONDITIONS: 1. That, pursuant to Section 654(1)(d) of the Municipal Government Act, all outstanding property taxes shall be paid to the County of Newell. RETURNED TO MEETING MOTION CARRIED E.
